This article reviews my new findings in maximaphily postal history including the identification of first generation TVA pioneers and second generation TCV pioneers before the appearance of heritage (late second generation) and classic (third generation) maximum cards. The previously proposed theory of spontaneous creation of maximum cards could not account for the TVA pioneers who designed the first generation maximum card precursors.
