The following regulations are observed in MOLDFILA 2021:

• Virtuafil Individual Rules for Exhibitions (V-IREX) for MOLDFILA 2021 (below). Please note that in some countries this document is also known as the "Prospectus".

1. MOLDFILA 2021 – Virtual Exhibition Celebrating 30 Years of the Independence of the Republic of Moldova (hereafter: MOLDFILA 2021, a non-competitive virtual philatelic exhibition using the Virtuafil Platform, is hosted by: International Moldovan Philatelic Society - IMPS (Moldova), with the approval of Virtuafil – the Virtual Philately Confederation. The Hosts have appointed the Organizing Committee (OC) to conduct all aspects of the exhibition.
2. MOLDFILA 2021 will take place on the Virtuafil Platform at the website address https://moldfila2021.virtuafil.org, from 27 August 2021 to 31 December 2021.
3. The exhibition will have 3 Classes
4. The exhibition will be held with the approval and under the regulations of the Virtual Philately Confederation (https://virtuafil.org).
5. To support participation from philatelists world-wide, the official language(s) of MOLDFILA 2021 is/are English. The website and all documents are available in English.

1. MOLDFILA 2021 is a non-competitive, presentation exhibition without judging.

1. The exhibits will be classified in the following Classes:

• Literature (Digital)
• Non-Competitive Collections
• Websites and Social Media (Competitive)

1. MOLDFILA 2021 is a non-competitive exhibition. Participation is by invitation from the Organizing Committee only.
